As we continue to evolve, it’s important that our brand and packaging evolve with us. That’s why we’re excited to share that we’re rolling out new packaging across the entire Branch Basics line!

We wanted packaging that feels clean, calm, and easy to understand. This process of updating our packaging has been genuinely fun and energizing for our team!” 

Why We’re Refreshing Our Packaging

As we've grown, so has the need for redesigned packaging that works harder for you. Our new packaging makes it easier to understand how to use each product, highlights what matters most, and supports your everyday cleaning routines with greater clarity and consistency.

Here’s what has guided this refresh:

Clearer, simpler navigation: Our updated designs prioritize clarity and easy-to-read guidance. You’ll notice our packaging is more intuitive with clearer directions so it’s easier to understand what each product is for and how to use it. Whether you’re a longtime customer or discovering Branch Basics for the first time, we want our packaging to be simple to understand.

A more modern and cohesive look: Our new packaging makes for a cohesive experience across all of Branch Basics (online and in-store) and stronger shelf presence so our products stand out!

But what isn’t changing? Our products. Our formulas. Our ingredient standards. 

This refresh is purely about packaging and design. Nothing about how our products are made, how they perform, or what they contain is changing. Just a clearer, more thoughtful way of communicating what’s already inside. 

First Up, Dishwasher Tablets

You’ll start to see our new packaging roll out gradually across the line, one product at a time. We’re beginning with our Dishwasher Tablets, which will be the first to ship in their updated packaging over the next few weeks. 

This staged rollout allows us to thoughtfully transition inventory while keeping the experience consistent and seamless for our community.

You’ll still get the same powerful clean you trust -- a dishwasher tablet that cuts through grease and stuck-on food, delivers a clear rinse and sparkling dishes, and is made with our plant and mineral-based formula.  

Our Dishwasher Tablets remain free from synthetic fragrances, microplastics, and harmful preservatives, and will continue to be made with human-safe ingredients you can trust using in your home. 

Our pouches will now include 38 tablets that are slightly smaller and more compact. This adjustment helps us maintain our microplastic-free materials and high-quality, human-safe ingredients while keeping the same price you’re used to. The more compact format delivers the same powerful cleaning performance in a more efficient design, without sacrificing efficacy.

What's Coming Next 

Our Dishwasher Tablets are just the beginning. Over time, you’ll see new packaging roll out across more of the Branch Basics lineup, including Laundry Detergent, Gel Hand Soap, and more. 

Each update will follow the same thoughtful approach prioritizing clarity, consistency, and usability so it’s easier to shop, easier to use, and easier to build a human-safe home with confidence!
