Shipping and Returns

We strive to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping options, and if your shipment doesn’t arrive as expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please view our policies below; if you can’t find what you’re looking for, just contact us and we’d love to assist you.
Free shipping is available on $39+ orders within the contiguous United States (including APO/FPO). Orders below $39 will be charged a flat rate of $5. All Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged a flat rate of $10.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days and have an estimated delivery time of 4-9 business days. Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information. If you have any shipping concerns please contact us for assistance.
In the event an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, your entire order may be delayed until the out-of-stock item becomes available. If for some reason we cannot supply an item in your order, we will contact you to offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or get a partial refund.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 2 business days of delivery. Branch Basics will send reports to the carrier and create a damage claim on your behalf. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.
ACCURATE ADDRESS INFORMATION
Our shipping is only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information before placing your order. Repeat customers checking-out with a registered account will have the option of entering a new address during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order. If your address does not verify in our shipping system, your order will be placed on-hold while we contact you to correct or confirm your address.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To initiate the returns process, please use the contact form and select “Return Authorization” and include your original order number. Our customer service team will contact you with instructions detailing how to return the item(s). The customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued only after we receive your returned items. Refunded funds may not appear in your account for up to 2 weeks.
While we do not ship internationally at this time, we are hoping to do so in the future. Please contact us if you’d like us to notify you when we start shipping to your location.
